- 1 orange
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 knob of ginger
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- Juice of half a lime
- 2 medium stalks celery
Instructions:
- Prepare the ginger by peeling the skin and chopping it into quarters.
- Peel the grapefruit and orange and remove the majority of the membrane chunks. Cut each fruit in quarters. Remove the seeds.
- Thoroughly clean the mint leaves.
- Quarter the apple and remove the seeds and stem.
- Clean the celery. Look particularly for dirt at the roots of the stalk where it tends to hide.
- Send the ingredients through the juicer. Pair the mint with the celery and ginger with the apple for best results.
- Serve immediately.

- 4 cups watermelon

- 4 cups spinach
- 2 Yellow delicious apples
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup pineapple
Instructions:
- Clean the carrots and spinach thoroughly. Remove the carrot tops, but do not peel.
- Quarter the apples and remove the seeds and stem.
- Remove stems from strawberries and wash thoroughly. Dirt tends to hide just around the edges of the leafy top, so pay special attention to this area.
- Remove the rind from the pineapple and dig out any of the eyes. Chop into small pieces. Freeze the rest for a cold snack or refrigerate for juice later. Never let pineapple sit in the fridge for longer than two days.
- Blend the fruits together.
- Serve immediately.
